Cancellation & No Show Policy

We kindly ask if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give us 24 hours notice. Unfortunately If you no show for an appointment we may require a credit card to book another appointment in the future. No shows can really hurt our business, we try to be really understanding if an emergency comes up so please give us a call and let us know if you can't make your appointment.

No Shows will be charged their full service fee & Less than 24 hours notice will be charged  50% of their booked service fee, These fees must be paid prior to booking your next service with us. 
We now require a Deposit to Schedule a Full Set of Eyelash Extensions with us, Deposits will be 50% of the booked service fee and will be applied to the final bill. 

Saturday Booking Policy

We are no longer open on weekends and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We are, however, open on Mondays as well as have evening appointments available on Tuesday and Thursdays.
*Evening appointments do tend to book up fast so please be wary of that and book accordingly.

Lashes From Another Provider

Please note that we will not fill lashes that are from another provider. We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality of lash extensions; as well as application techniques that ensure your lashes are custom suited for your natural lash and eye shape, and to ensure your lashes have been applied correctly. This way clients leave with lashes that look and feel the very best they can be, we apologize for any inconvenience!
